Lease 0-17 months = 75% 1st month rent (Tenant Placement only 100%)

Lease 18-35 months = 1st month rent

Lease 36+ = 1.5 times month rent

**Tenant Guarantee**: With qualified applicants, Homeowner would be eligible for a guarantee up to 6 months or 18 months with longer term leases. If you tenant defaults for any reason, we will procure the next tenant at no charge.
