Occupyy is setup to offer full access private portals to Homeowners and Tenants. The portal offer; ledgers, maintenance requests, a number of reports that tailored to your needs and the ability to make payments and receive disbursements.

Occupyy has on staff a full-time Inspector. We offer 1 in-home check a year, we also do move-in and move- out inspections which at a minimum, is 3 times a year in the home. We also conduct occupancy checks, attend city inspections if needed and monitor any suspicious activities.

Done internally through our 24/7 repair center or every tenant has access to their portal in which they can make a maintenance request.
